• Catalyst screening and feasibility assessment
• Controlled reactivation procedures
• ISO 15202-aligned third-party testing and performance reporting
• QMS-compatible documentation
• Logistics, packaging, and return shipping

All technical work is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Catalyst Reactivate, which defines scope, timeline, pricing, acceptance criteria, and warranties specific to your engagement.

3. Website use

You may use our Website to learn about our services, request a screening, or communicate with our team. By using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Website without our written permission
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Website content without attribution or permission

4. Engagement for services

Screening requests

Submitting a screening request through our Website is not a binding engagement. It is an invitation for us to assess whether our service fits your needs. We will reply within two working days with an intake checklist and a proposal.

Service agreements

All paid work requires a signed service agreement or purchase order that specifies scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. The terms of that agreement take precedence over these Website Terms of Service for matters related to the specific engagement.

Pricing and payment

All pricing is quoted in DKK or EUR, exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and milestone gates are defined per engagement in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Danish law.

5. Intellectual property

Our intellectual property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, the Catalyst Reactivate brand, the recycling-arrows and hexagon icon, our process documentation, and proprietary methodologies, is the property of Damgaard Group ApS or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and download content for personal or internal business review purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Client-owned materials

Catalysts, equipment, data, and documentation you provide to us remain your property. Reports, test results, or documentation we produce specifically for your engagement are delivered to you as part of the service and may be used for regulatory, audit, and operational purposes.

Our methods

Our reactivation process, testing procedures, and internal documentation are proprietary and confidential. Delivering a reactivation service does not transfer ownership of these methods to the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat information shared during screening, engagement discussion, and service delivery as confidential. This includes:

• Technical specifications and operational history of your catalysts and isolators
• Our proprietary methods, reports, and internal documentation
• Commercial terms, pricing, and business information

Confidentiality obligations continue for five years after the end of an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authority. A separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement may be signed on request.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

Service warranties

For paid reactivation services, we warrant that:

• Work will be performed with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the service agreement
• Reactivated catalysts will meet the performance thresholds defined in the service agreement's acceptance criteria
• Testing and documentation will comply with the applicable ISO 15202 standard

Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from unauthorized access
• Information on the Website is complete, accurate, or current at any specific moment
• Reactivation will restore catalyst performance to new-catalyst specifications (final results depend on catalyst type, condition, and operating history)
• The Website or Service will meet your specific regulatory or operational needs

8. Limitation of liability

For paid services, our total liability for any claim related to an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless liability cannot be limited under applicable Danish law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Danish law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catalyst Reactivate, Damgaard Group ApS, and our employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms or any related service agreement
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your misuse of the Website or Service
• Any false or misleading information you provide to us

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Website.

Termination of active service engagements is governed by the terms of the relevant service agreement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
